Terms of Use
These Terms describe the basic conditions for using ResizeNest and its browser-based image tools. By using the site, you agree to use it responsibly and to review generated files before relying on them.
1. The service
ResizeNest provides image utilities for tasks such as resizing, compression, cropping, rotation, flipping, conversion, enlargement, watermarking, metadata removal, color sampling, image editing and document conversion. Most supported image operations run in the browser. Word to Image uses explicitly disclosed Secure cloud processing. Anonymous conversion does not require an account or paid subscription.
2. Your source files
You are responsible for the files you choose to process. Only use images that you own or have permission or another lawful basis to use. ResizeNest does not grant rights to third-party photographs, artwork, trademarks, documents or other content simply because a browser tool can transform a file.
Keep an independent copy of any source file you need to preserve.
3. Review outputs before use
Image conversion and editing can change dimensions, compression, transparency, metadata, color representation or visual detail. Lossy formats can discard information. You are responsible for checking the downloaded output and deciding whether it is suitable for your intended use.
4. Browser and device limits
ResizeNest depends on browser capabilities, Web Workers, WebAssembly/codecs, available memory and device performance. Very large images, large batches, unusual format variants or unsupported color/bit-depth states can be rejected or exceed resources available on a particular device.
Secure cloud processing is also subject to configured upload, queue, processing, temporary-retention and resource limits. Those limits may change as measured infrastructure capacity changes.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use ResizeNest to:
- violate applicable law or intentionally infringe another person's rights;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or bypass the security controls of the site or its infrastructure;
- misrepresent ResizeNest as certifying, endorsing or guaranteeing an image or its contents;
- use automated access in a way that materially interferes with normal availability for other visitors; or
- use the service in connection with malicious software, abusive traffic or unauthorized access.
6. Availability and changes
ResizeNest is provided on an as-available basis. Tools, supported formats, limits, layouts or URLs can change over time. Maintenance, browser changes, infrastructure incidents or software defects can temporarily affect availability or behavior.
7. No account, storage or backup promise
The current service is not an account-based cloud drive and does not promise server-side backup of source files or generated outputs. Secure cloud jobs use temporary storage that is deleted according to the published retention policy. If you need to retain a result, download it and manage your own copy.
8. Service information and warranties
We aim to describe tool behavior accurately and test supported workflows, but software can contain defects and browser/platform behavior can change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ResizeNest is provided without a promise that every operation will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for every particular purpose.
9. Responsibility for loss
You are responsible for maintaining source copies and for deciding whether a generated result is suitable for use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, ResizeNest is not intended to assume responsibility for losses caused by relying on an unreviewed output or using the service outside documented limits.
10. Third-party software and browser technology
ResizeNest relies on browser capabilities and software components required to decode, encode, render or package supported images. Those technologies can have their own licenses and technical limitations.
11. Updates to these Terms
These Terms may be revised as the service evolves. The updated date at the top identifies the current published version.
